More juice, less waste

Some juicers are nothing more than blenders; they grind up natural produce, overheat it with high-speed motors, and destroy many of the beneficial nutrients that make fruits and vegetables so important to good health. The Compact features a low-revving (75-85 revolutions per minute) crushing system that releases nutrients gently, the same way chewing does. It also yields a higher juice content for every kilogram of food juiced. Just add food and crush it down. The Compact does the rest.

Liquid health

A low revving speed allows the Compact to retain essential enzymes in fruit, vegetables and other foods after juice extraction. Juice from conventional, high speed, heat-producing juicers deteriorates very quickly and oxidizes. Juice from the Compact, however, contains living enzymes that help to retain flavour and appearance for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
